Customer Care Leaders
Tram brings years of strategic planning, food service, sales, consulting, and branding experience to the Christopher’s team. Her core experience is in the hotel industry, where she worked on re-branding one of the world’s largest hotel company’s portfolio and re-deploying sales teams in key markets. Later, as a consultant, she helped a number of companies reposition their services to increase sales. Tram is looking forward to solidifying Christopher’s industry position as a leader in customer satisfaction, attention to textile care, and in-depth knowledge. She also looks forward to establishing a preeminent loyalty program.
Personal Fact: Tram enjoys volunteering and fundraising for her children’s schools. She enjoys running and hiking with her family. She has completed 5 marathons, a ‘Tough Mudder’, and a 200-mile Ragnar Relay.

Roger Malone joined Christopher's as Operation Manager in April 2017. Roger brings over 25 years of Business Experience with three major Companies in a broad range of functional disciples including Sales Management, Market Development, Operational and General Management. Roger is excited about joining the Christopher's team due to its Unique, successful business model and its entrepreneurial spirit and is eager to contribute to Christopher's future growth of the business.
Personal Fact: Roger enjoys spending time with his family and friends while routing for the Nationals, Capitals, Wizards and Cincinnati Bengals!

Personal Fact: An experienced cook. When not in his kitchen making something delicious, you can probably find him on a soccer field or doing something to give back to the community.

Personal Fact: I get a kick out of cooking for family and friends; catering too! When not doing that, I enjoy spending time with my daughter; taking her out to new and exciting places.
