Tram brings years of strategic planning, food service, sales, consulting, and branding experience to the Christopher’s team. Her core experience is in the hotel industry, where she worked on re-branding one of the world’s largest hotel company’s portfolio and re-deploying sales teams in key markets. Later, as a consultant, she helped a number of companies reposition their services to increase sales. Tram is looking forward to solidifying Christopher’s industry position as a leader in customer satisfaction, attention to textile care, and in-depth knowledge. She also looks forward to establishing a preeminent loyalty program.
Personal Fact: Tram enjoys volunteering and fundraising for her children’s schools. She enjoys running and hiking with her family. She has completed 5 marathons, a ‘Tough Mudder’, and a 200-mile Ragnar Relay.
